Lovely bar with great location. Drinks are good, but nothing special. What makes this bar outsandig is its position on the rooftop and very nice interior. Plus prices are super low.

Rated 5 out of 5 however did not test the food yet , the terrace is located on the 12 th floor of the grand ceahlau hotel and we heard about the place for the view and oh boy was it amazing , the scenery is amazing we took coffee and lemonade both were delicious the staff was decent with a fst response time and very professional. I recommend the place for the view if you are ever around and want a lovely coffee with the best view in Piata Neamț go there.

If you don't like rooftops, try this one, it might change your opinion. If you like rooftops, you need to visit this one, you can see: 1. Ceahlau (the sacred mountain of the Dacians) + Precista neighbourhood on the West. 2. A beautiful view of city center (towards South). 3. Pietricica 'mountain' towards East. The coffee is very good (coming in many varieties... around 15). They have a decent selection of wines and spirits (including 2 single malt, Cardhu and Lagavulin).

Amazing view, great coffee and sweets, friendly staff, clean and cozy environment, Christmas themed. We went at lunch hours, our order was taken and delivered very fast (we were 4 persons). Definitely will get back here when we visit this town.

Amazing view, great coffee and amazing atmosphere. Coming here after a long time to see one of my friend and having a coffee, I really enjoyed the place. It offer you an amazing view of the city and it is a perfect place to relax.
